Stage 1 of the de-cluttering and organising process
Firstly, stage one is our favourite approach of just putting all non-essential items into clutter boxes. This is a unique approach whereby we do not ask customers to face the potential trauma of having to choose what to throw out whilst paying an expensive person to standby and create a sense of urgency; we prefer to elongate that particular part of the process (choosing what to keep and what to throw out) and to have the client do that over time in their own time and if they prefer later in private. It can be an emotional and sometimes triggering process.
By putting all loose items in the home into these clutter boxes, we are able to expedite the cleaning process, which breathes new air and energy into the home for the other stages of the de-cluttering process ahead that normally get in the way and can feel too overwhelming creating inertia that can last for decades.
Stage 2 is all about giving the dust nowhere to hide
Secondly, once the clutter boxes are filled, we can then line them neatly against a wall in the home, and the inhabitants can then see the items they need regularly and can easily access them and pull them out. This way, the frequency of need of the items determines ultimately what we have out in the home. This achieves a home that is not only beautiful because of its minimalism but also functional. And very importantly easier and quicker to clean and to keep clean and dust free.
Stage 3 is about releasing energy

Yes. In fact, when we first started the business, we were gravely concerned by the lack of suitable products available. And so, we went into the lab to create our own under the trademark EcoLove. Therefore, our products are fully non-toxic and use citrus acid as their primary cleaning constituent. Above all, they are pure and harmless to your loved ones, furniture and the environment.
What is your hygiene policy?
We find it disgusting to hear stories that cleaners are using the same dirty mop head all day long; from your neighbour’s bathroom into your kitchen come all sorts of unspeakable micro-nasties.
Ultimately, you get what you pay for and in the case of 1800 CLEANER we use fresh and hermetically cleaned cloths in every house and are constantly changing cloths throughout the day. Above all, our cleaners are equipped with fresh and well-organised cloth bags with numerous microfibre mop heads that are washed after every use.
How we deliver the best value
